The Capezio Ava is a pointe shoe with a broad, feathered toe box and a high, wide platform for balance. Style 1142W has a full #2.5 shank that combines leather board and red board for flexibility through the arch, and a removable gel cushion on the inner edge of the platform eases toe pressure. It suits a broad (Roman) foot.
